Returns and Exchanges:
We have a 30 day policy for all returns and exchanges. That policy lasts 30 day from the order being placed - if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your skis must be in new condition and unmounted
If you do decide to return your skis within the 30 day window, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning them.
Exchanges will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need and exchange, or have a question about your skis, go to our Warranty Information page.
