Warranty Information:
Argrent Skis, LLC. warrants the original purchaser that Argent skis are free of defects for one year from the date of purchase. If any Argent Skis are found to be defective Argent’s only responsibility is to repair or replace the defective skis. This warranty will only be applicable in cases that meet the criteria listed below.
1) This warranty only applies to Argent Skis purchased from affiliated ski shop, online marketplaces, or directly from argentskis.com.
2) This warranty is not transferable, and is valid only for the original purchaser; warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
3) All products returned to Argent for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization, which can be given over the phone. Email: info@argentskis.com with your phone number, name, and issue, (pictures help), and we will contact you within 24 hours.
4)Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
A. Damage that is impact related, including but not limited to damage from rocks, trees, roots, rails, boxes, and jerries.
B. Normal wear and tear, such as chips in the topsheet, scrapes in the base, worn down edges, etc.
C. Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings, and with that, damage to the top of the skis caused by the mounting of bindings, i.e. solvents
